Pathways

Pathways, Compligtd's sophomore release, explores the boundaries of an experimental fusion of drum and bass, IDM, dubstep, and house. The album pulses with raw, analog energy, weaving intricate beat structures with warped basslines and warm melodic fragments. This album manipulates the unpredictable nature of both modular and virtual synthesis to explore both chaos and control. From pumping, glitch-infused breaks to hypnotic house grooves submerged in dubby atmospheres, Pathways challenges listeners to lose themselves in its complex themes.

This album has been my musical journey over the last year (2024). Marked by a giant gap in production from spring to fall, the tracks on this album represent a turbulent and frustrating, yet rewarding year. I'm so grateful to all the people who made this album happen. The encouragement and support of others has been my foundation on which I created these songs.
